How do I choose my size?
Most Hadara styles run from S to 2XL, and our sets use combined sizing such as S/M and M/L. Each product page lists the sizes available for that style. Between sizes or unsure? Email sales@hadara-boutique.com and we'll help you choose.
How fast is delivery within Australia?
We dispatch orders within 3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on where you are, and Australia Post Express is available when you need it sooner. Shipping is free on Australian orders over $250.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders ship with Australia Post International Courier or DHL and usually arrive within 4 to 8 business days. Shipping is free on international orders over $500 AUD. Customs tax and duty may apply in your country.
What if my size or style isn't right?
You can exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it. Sale items and gift cards can't be exchanged, and we don't offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases, so check the size guide before ordering and reach out if you need help deciding.
Can I shop in person?
Yes. Visit the boutique at Unit 2A/2950 Logan Rd, Underwood QLD 4119, just south of Brisbane. Our team will help you try styles on and put a full outfit together.
How do I contact Hadara?
